Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the move-in journey for seniors, guiding families and older adults from initial interest to residency. You will collaborate with local professionals to generate referrals and work with leadership to create plans that drive occupancy and revenue for Brookdale communities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years in sales (Senior Living preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
• Be a team player, working with the community and external partners to drive results.

About The Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a:

• Guide for families and older adults – You’ll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Team player – You’ll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
• Partner – You’ll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
