Job summary

Enterprise is seeking university students for its Management Internship Program in the Monroe, LA area. The internship runs May 2027 through August 2027 and pays $14 per hour. It’s a paid, hands-on program designed to build leadership and business skills.

You’ll work in a team-based environment across diverse topics such as fleet management, customer service and marketing, with peers supporting your learning journey. A 10–12 week commitment is required, starting on training day in May.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with a graduation date no later than May 2028
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of training in May

Responsibilities

• When you join our Management Internship Program, you’ll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities.
• We’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees, to develop skills in fleet management, customer care, marketing strategies and relationship building with customers and coworkers.
• During the internship, you’ll complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
