Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Peoria, IL for 10–12 weeks starting May 19, 2027. This full-time internship pays $17 per hour and requires a 40-hour workweek at the Peoria office.

Eligible students must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation window of Aug 2027, Dec 2027, or May 2028, possess a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The program includes leadership and fleet-management exposure.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with availability to start May 18th, 2027.
• Able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available on the dates listed in the posting (May 18, 2027; June 7–9, 2027; July 29, 2027).

Responsibilities

Overview

If you are looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

This 10 to 12 week internship is scheduled to start May 19th, 2027. It is a full time internship, with being scheduled to work 40 hours/week. The pay is $17/hr. and will be located in the Peoria, IL office (61602, 61603, 61604, 61605).

These dates are required working dates to be eligible for this internship:

Tuesday, May 18th, 2027

June 7th-9th, 2027

Thursday, July 29th, 2027

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
