Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Pella, IA. This paid, full-time internship will run 40 hours per week for 10 to 12 weeks, starting May 19, 2027. The position provides real-world management experience alongside first- and second-year professionals and a chance to work on intern projects and learn leadership skills.

compensation is $17 per hour. Dates in the posting must be observed (May 18, 2027 and related days).

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
• 40 hours per week availability.
• Must be able to start May 18th, 2027 and be available on the required posting dates.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management tasks and learn to run a fleet of vehicles.
• Assist in delivering excellent customer service and relationship building with customers and coworkers.
• Contribute to developing marketing strategies and understanding business operations.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition and incentives.

For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It is a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. This 10 to 12 week internship is scheduled to start May 19th, 2027. It is a full time internship, with being scheduled to work 40 hours/week. The pay is $17/hr. and will be located in the Pella, IA office (50219).

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
