Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship in Mattoon, IL. This paid, part-time role lets university students gain hands-on business and leadership experience from day one.

You'll work in a team environment, rotate through development tracks, and learn to manage fleets, serve customers, and craft marketing strategies while building professional relationships. January 2027 start for 10-11 weeks, 25 hours/week, with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• 6 months of sales or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 10-11 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with a January 5, 2027 start.
• Able to work 25 hours/week.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
