Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Management Internship in Chamblee, GA. You’ll gain hands-on experience learning to run a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies in a team-based setting.

As a current student enrolled full-time, you’ll participate from Feb 5 to Apr 29, 2027, with a paid internship and opportunities for performance rewards. A valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with graduation no later than May 2027.
• Must be committed to work the entire length of the internship February 5th – Thursday April 29th.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Overview

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than May 2027.
• Must be committed to work the entire length of the internship February 5th – Thursday April 29th
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the SpringInternship Program.
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
