Job summary

Enterprise’s Management Internship is designed to help you build business and leadership skills from day one. As a paid intern, you’ll tackle real-world challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment at 3088 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305 or nearby locations.

You'll gain hands-on experience in managing projects, serving customers, and developing marketing strategies while building relationships with teammates.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with graduation by May 2027.
• Available for the entire internship February 5 – Thursday April 29.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by the company now or in the future.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is located at 3088 PIEDMONT RD N.E. ATLANTA GA 30305 or a nearby location.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than May 2027.
• Must be committed to work the entire length of the internship February 5th – Thursday April 29th
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the Spring Internship Program.
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
