Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Dixon, IL area. MTs start learning the business from day one and rotate through sales, customer service, operations and leadership roles to prepare for running a branch.

You will be groomed in customer service, sales & marketing, finance, and operational excellence while advancing along a clear career path with mentoring and promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or be within 1 semester of graduating; degree must be conferred to start.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with minimal moving violations/accidents in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current sponsorship.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more areas: sales, customer service, management, leadership, or athletic/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• Aim to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive mentorship and guidance in a hands-on learning environment.

• Competitive Compensation - The annual compensation for this position is $49,202.40 based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $19.92/hour, plus overtime.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors. (Bachelors degree must be conferred in order to start)
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following:
• Sales (commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential)
• Customer service in a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)'
• Management experience leading a team
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team
• Leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)
