Enterprise Mobility in Bloomington, IL is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As a Management Training (MT), you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and developing your team.

You will gain exposure to customer service, sales, finance, and operations with mentoring and a culture that promotes from within. Bachelor’s degree required or near graduation; 18+; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s. (Bachelors degree must be conferred in order to start)
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

• Competitive Compensation - The annual compensation for this position is $49,202.40 based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $19.92/hour, plus overtime.

  • Customer service in a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)'
  • Management experience leading a team
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team
  • Leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)
