Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in Texarkana, TX. You will start learning from day one at a neighborhood branch, acting as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.

You will learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with mentoring and a clear path to running your own branch and growing the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 1 semester of graduation.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program; MT starts learning from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• We will entrust you to be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• In the program, you will master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
