Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in National City (91950) or Chula Vista (91911). The MT will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while being groomed to run a dedicated neighborhood branch.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentoring, and structured growth, with training in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, and a culture of internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• You will be entrusted to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while putting customers first.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
