Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training program in Enid, OK. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches and serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 1 semester of graduating.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug/alcohol-related convictions in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers and partners as the face of Enterprise within a neighborhood branch.
• Learn the business from day one in our Management Training program.
• Develop skills to run a future Enterprise branch, grow new business and mentor a team.
• Receive guidance and community exposure to build your own business.
• Learn excellence in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
