Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Sales Management Internship in Mercer County, with locations including Princeton, Lawrenceville, Trenton, or Bordentown. Rising seniors graduating by May 2028 will join a team-based program that builds leadership and business skills while handling real-world challenges.

The role pays $18.00 per hour, starts in late May/early June, and runs through August. Interns will work 35–40 hours per week and may access performance incentives and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Must be able to start in orientation classes on 5/26/2027 or 6/2/2027 and work through 8/13/2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in customer service, leadership, or sports leadership/competition.
• Must be able to work 35–40 hours per week during the internship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license (not provisional).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be living in Mercer County for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and build relationships.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
