Job summary

Pack Auto Group is seeking a Sales Lot Associate to maintain vehicle inventory appearance and ensure clean, organized lots across multiple locations. You will handle vehicle prep, tagging, and basic upkeep to support a top customer experience in the DFW Ford market.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license with an insurable status. Training and background checks are required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Valid Driver's License and insurable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains new vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed at all lot locations.
• Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keeps new vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Sweeps, shovels, or vacuums loose debris or salvageable scrap into containers and removes containers from work areas.
• Inspects vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations.
• Inspects vehicle license plate brackets and inserts to display Five Star emblems.
• Drives vehicles to and from overflow lots as needed.
• Makes key tags for vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
