Job summary

YES Communities in Edmond, OK, is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to drive the sale and lease of homes within our community. You’ll engage prospective residents, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure move-ins are smooth.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, are self-motivated, comfortable with a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, and willing to work some evenings and weekends. A high school diploma and driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations including prospect tracking, tours, application assistance, third-party communications, and closings.
• Advertise and generate leads through multiple avenues (phone, email, social media, and flyers).
• Act as a liaison between internal departments, external entities and applicants.
• Collaborate with management to monitor homes for move-in readiness.
• Hold open houses/sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and maintain relationships.
• Attend all company meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
• Additional duties assigned by management and are subject to change.

Sales & Leasing Agent Position Overview

In this role, you will be playing an active role in the selling and leasing of new, used, foreclosed, and broker homes in your community. You will be working with a high-performing team, driven by success, and will be delivering the highest quality of service to current and prospective renters and home buyers. You will also act as a liaison between Yes Communities team members, potential/existing homeowners, and local organizations. You will leverage your marketing/advertising skills to connect with prospective residents through a number of different mediums, both online and in person. This will include building relationships with both existing and future community residents.

Sales & Leasing Agent Essential Functions

Sales & Leasing Agent Education and Experience

• A valid in-state driver’s license required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior customer service/sales experience strongly preferred.
• Must obtain state-specific sales licensing within 90 days of employment where applicable
