Position Overview
The Head of Sales, North America, will drive and execute the go‑to‑market sales strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and build a high‑performing sales team focused on expanding iTuring.ai’s presence across the United States and Canada. This executive will be a hands‑on leader focused on winning new accounts in Banking, Insurance and other Financial Institutions, and cultivating key industry relationships in a rapidly evolving AI software market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and refine the North American enterprise sales strategy to achieve sales bookings and growth targets.
- Hire, lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing sales organization, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Identify, target, and close major enterprise deals, especially with financial services and large‑scale technology adopters.
- Personally engage with customers and lead sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and drive go‑to‑market excellence.
- Optimize forecasting, pipeline, and performance reporting to ensure sales effectiveness and predictability.
- Represent iTuring.ai at industry events, conferences, and in executive‑level customer engagements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales tactics and business planning.
- Drive the development and implementation of sales training, tools, and processes to support team growth and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in B2B technology sales selling to FSI clients with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role in enterprise software or AI/ML platforms.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, ideally in fast‑growing, scale‑up environments.
- Proven track record of closing deals with Banks, Insurance Companies and enterprise organizations.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data science‑led solutions, and their applications in business, especially in finance or regulated sectors.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities, with proficiency in CRM best practices and data‑driven decision‑making.
- A builder’s mentality—able to “roll up sleeves,” thrive in ambiguity, and create the foundations of a scalable sales engine.
- Willingness to travel as required across North America.
