Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a Keyholder for Robert Graham in New York to support sales, staff, and customer service while promoting a strong sales culture and brand experience. The role requires leadership on the selling floor, managing client relationships, and driving events to grow the local customer base.

The position is commission eligible with an employee discount. Base hourly range is $17.00–$20.00 with potential for commission and additional Centric Brands benefits.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by motivating staff to reach productivity targets.
• Support development of associates' sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor and collaborate with management.
• Identify marketing opportunities to support sales and build local customer base.
• Develop events/incentives to grow the customer base in the local market.
• Ensure all associates provide World Class Service and maintain client communication.
