Job summary

The Brand House Collective in Brentwood, TN is hiring a Part-Time Sales Leader to inspire our team and elevate every interaction on the sales floor. You’ll lead by example, engage customers, uncover needs, and deliver personalized solutions that reflect our brand.

In addition to frontline leadership, you’ll perform store opening/closing, visual merchandising, and daily operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly and safely while coaching a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year management experience in a retail or service industry preferred

• Must be able to frequently move merchandise that is 50 pounds or more to and from the stockroom to sales floor.


• Must be able to operate a Point-of-Sale system, registers and handheld devices efficiently and accurately.
