KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at The Village at Meridian in Meridian, ID. The role partners with store leaders to supervise a team, model customer-focused service, uphold brand standards, and drive store performance in a dynamic retail environment.

You will coach, schedule, and support the team to deliver memorable experiences, manage operations, and maintain excellent guest service while representing our brand with hospitality and integrity.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
