Job summary

Soma in Midland, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and drive a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality. You will lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and ensuring excellent service.

The role includes opening/closing responsibilities, coaching, scheduling, and strong focus on brand priorities, promotions, and store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and provide coaching feedback.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
