LOFT Outlet in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure store functions run smoothly while maintaining strong brand standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within our brands.

Qualificações

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech savvy; able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative; makes thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
