Lane Bryant in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for customers and associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, oversee operations, and help train and motivate the team to reach their highest potential.

With 1–3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and strong English communication, you’ll lead by example, manage schedules, and support store leadership while upholding brand standards and asset protection

• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. Your leadership is critical to cultivate a store environment where operations run smoothly, the store looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated to reach their highest potential. With your operational knowledge, you’ll have the ability to seamlessly step into the Manager role when needed. You will help guide your team to success with the support of store leaders.
