Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Minnetonka, MN to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards that create a welcoming, customer-centered environment. As a Sales Lead, you will guide daily store operations, communicate brand priorities, oversee scheduling and inventory, and ensure adherence to store policies.

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed.
