Formación

• Experience in customer service or retail environments.
• Ability to operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide assistance while they shop.
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions.
• Maintain POS readiness and handle cashier duties accurately.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory and store maintenance.
• Promote products through targeted promotions and initiatives.
• Identify customer needs and suggest additional merchandise accordingly.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to boost sales and stay updated on trends.
• Develop new business by networking and on-floor presence.
• Fetch additional merchandise for customers as requested.
• Perform duties efficiently as directed by the Supervisor.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
