Job summary

Shoe Palace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to energize the team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced athletic footwear environment.

You will motivate staff, coach on service, maintain a clean store, and help create a fun, inclusive vibe while meeting weekend availability and sales targets.
