Role Description

The Sales Lead – Part Time, based on-site in Coconut Grove (Miami, FL), supports the store team by driving sales, delivering an engaging customer experience, and helping maintain Faherty Brand’s standards on the sales floor. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a friendly, efficient checkout experience. The Sales Lead helps guide daily floor operations, supports the training and coaching of team members, and reinforces store policies and visual merchandising guidelines. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, assisting with stock replenishment, and contributing to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed store performance goals.
• Background in Training and Sales Management or team leadership within a retail environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and support a positive, inclusive store culture.
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems, basic math, and handling cash or card transactions accurately.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak shopping periods.
• Previous apparel or lifestyle retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move product, and perform light physical tasks associated with retail work.
