Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Sales Lead for its retail stores in the United States. You will drive personal sales, hit performance goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while modeling Purple’s values.

This part-time position offers about 15–29 hours per week, with compensation of $20.00 hourly plus monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales. You will grow selling skills, master product knowledge, and coach team members to success.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $20.00 hourly. In addition, this role is eligible for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales, per the commission agreement terms and conditions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical Activities may occasionally include: Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, and the like Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments Communicating with others to exchange information. Physical Activities may constantly include: Remaining in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods; Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another, reaching or bending repeatedly Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions; Capability to lift up to 200 pounds via team lift or equipment Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers; Operating power tools, depending on position; Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
