Job summary

Visionworks in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of the store. You will guide customers through the Visionworks experience, ensuring eyewear needs are met with a friendly, human, and bold approach.

Ideal candidates have optical experience or ABO certification, strong customer service, and a passion for helping people see great. This part-time role offers competitive benefits and a path to leadership within the store.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (Visionworks or other) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optic knowledge through cont. training to ensure eyewear is right the first time
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Pay Rate:$20.82- $22.87/hr

The Role:

A VisionworksSr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.
