Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a part-time Retail Third Key/Sales Lead in Augusta, GA, to deliver an exceptional patient experience and drive store goals. The role trains in optics, products, and managed vision care to meet eyewear needs with a simple, human, bold approach.

The position emphasizes daily sales execution, customer engagement, and ongoing product knowledge through training, with responsibilities including opening/closing in LEAD roles as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continual training.
• Execute day-to-day store operations to support the store's goals including opening/closing in LEAD positions.

Pay Class:Part Time

Pay Rate:$11.09 - 14.97/hr

The Role:

A Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. TheThird Keypersonally takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey


• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs


• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. May troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary


• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only
