Visionworks of America, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the heart of our store in Allentown. You will guide customers through eyewear choices, apply optical knowledge, and drive daily sales while delivering a friendly, human and bold service.

This role requires 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, and a HS diploma or GED. Part-time hours with benefits are available as described, including healthcare options and 401(k) participation.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through ongoing training.
• Execute day-to-day store operations to support financial and customer experience goals, including restocking and merchandising.

The Role

A Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) orABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
