You will guide staff to deliver personalized, hospitality-driven experiences, shaping a positive store culture and driving sales excellence on the floor. The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and seamless omni-channel execution with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to build strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Coach and motivate team to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Know current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with leadership and contribute to a positive team culture.
