Shoe Palace is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Las Vegas to drive sales performance and lead store teams while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About you

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
• Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect! A desire to work hard and be successful.
• BE DRIVEN! Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have… Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation

Sales Lead pay range: $14.00 - $14.00 per hour.
