Chico’s FAS is seeking a Sales Lead in Lubbock, TX to partner with store leaders and supervise the team while modeling a customer-centered approach. You’ll drive brand standards and ensure memorable, personalized shopping experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

The role emphasizes coaching, omni-channel selling, and operations support, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Offer ideas to store leadership and contribute to a positive team environment.
