Job summary

Pandora in Cape Cod is seeking a Sales Lead to join our in-store team. You will embody the Pandora brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support Managers and Sales Associates to drive store success.

We value a results-oriented seller with at least 2 years of high-performance selling experience, strong communication, and the ability to engage fans with product knowledge. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and in-store POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Exceed store sales goals by building authentic connections with customers.
• Embrace store culture and act as a brand ambassador for Pandora.
