Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to join our team in Mashpee. In this role, you will support management in ensuring an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include training staff, supervising store operations, and promoting a positive sales culture. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and at least a year of retail or sales management experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture.
• Establish and communicate clear expectations, hold store team accountable.
• Supervise associates engaged in sales, oversee operational activities.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Develop a high-performance culture, motivate sales team to meet goals.
• Train and coach the team on product knowledge.
