Job summary

Lane Bryant in Burleson, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, lead operations, and coach staff to reach their best potential.

With your fashion passion and leadership, you’ll guide teams to deliver exceptional shopping experiences while supporting store leaders and ensuring brand standards are met. This is a Regular/Part time role at Lane Bryant.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for styling and love of working with people
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and payroll.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks.
• Support onboarding of new associates.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and asset protection policies.
