Job summary

KnitWell Group seeks a Sales Lead for Park West Village Chico's in Morrisville, NC. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed, upholding brand standards and creating a welcoming, customer-centered environment.

You will open/close store, communicate priorities, lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and an omni-channel approach, coach teammates, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory

Qualifications

• Passion for our brand and fashion.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, with product knowledge and an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
