Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency: read, write, and speak.

Responsibilities

• Share knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders.
• Assess schedules to maximize productivity and manage payroll.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks.
• Support onboarding of new associates as needed.
• Adhere to brand guidelines, operations, and asset protection.
