Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for both associates and customers in our Fort Wayne store. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and lead the team, ensuring the store runs smoothly and looks fabulous.

You will empower staff to reach higher potential, train associates, and adapt to store priorities while upholding brand guidelines and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including ability to operate store systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll considerations as needed.
