Job summary

Lane Bryant in Tulalip, WA is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, coach teams, and step into the Manager role when needed, helping the store run smoothly and meet goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of retail experience, a passion for styling, strong English communication, and comfort with store systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and working with people.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including operation of store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share your knowledge of our products and services with customers to outfit and inspire them.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and equalize payroll.
• Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
