Job summary

Pandora @ Park Plaza Mall in Little Rock is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach a high-performing team. You will drive sales, model the Pandora brand, and foster lasting connections with fans while maintaining strong product knowledge.

The role requires 2+ years of selling experience, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Base compensation with bonuses and a 401K plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Mastery of time management and prioritization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Support Managers and Sales Associates to drive in-store success.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback to achieve KPI goals.
• Build brand loyalty by delivering informed, engaging product knowledge.
