Lane Bryant Olympia is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging customer environment and partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. You’ll guide the team to smooth store operations, train associates, and step into leadership when needed.

With 1–3 years of retail experience and a passion for styling, you’ll help empower customers and colleagues. The role is regular/part time, on-site in Olympia with competitive hourly pay.

Formación

• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English; reads/writes in English.
• Proficient with store technology including POS systems.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. Your leadership is critical to cultivate a store environment where operations run smoothly, the store looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated to reach their highest potential. With your operational knowledge, you'll have the ability to seamlessly step into the Manager role when needed. You will help guide your team to success with the support of store leaders. • Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
• Support the store's priorities by adhering to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.

Position Type: Regular/Part time

Pay Range: $17.56 - $17.63 Hourly USD
