Shoe Palace is seeking a Retail Sales Lead for the Bakersfield Valley Plaza location to drive sales and lead the store team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, coaching staff, and maintaining a vibrant shopping environment.

You'll work with a dynamic team, support weekend shifts, and help ensure inventory accuracy while promoting the latest fashion footwear trends. The position offers a friendly, energetic atmosphere and room to grow.
