Job summary

Shoe Palace is hiring a Retail Sales Lead to drive sales and lead our store team in a fast-paced athletic footwear environment. You’ll motivate staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have open availability on weekends.
• Excellent sales skills and natural leadership.
• Fun, outgoing, confident and engaging.
• Experience in selling athletic shoes is a plus.
• Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred.

The Role

• Sales, motivating and connecting... we need to stay on top and for this, we need the best service
• Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and help solve customer's problems
• Meet cool people – create positive customer relations (set the example)
• Help keep a clean, neat, and organized store
• Keep your personal and productivity goals in mind all-day
• Make sure your store always has a cool vibe (inclusive work environment)
• Motivate the sales staff and create an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team
• Run around, climb ladders, sell shoes, and have fun!

About you…

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
• Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• A desire to work hard and be successful.
• BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!
• It would be great but not completely necessary to have… Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation

Sales Lead pay range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
