Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Lehi, UT seeks a Sales Lead to model and deliver personalized customer experiences while guiding and coaching associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store functions and may step in as manager when required.

The role emphasizes onboarding, team development, and upholding store standards, with a focus on a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
