Chico's FAS, Inc. in Westminster, CO is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the store team, uphold brand standards, and deliver warm, personalized service. You will lead floor activities, manage operations, coach associates, and help drive sales while maintaining schedules and inventory accuracy.

This role requires retail leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, operate a register and lift up to 50 pounds.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, you demonstrate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
