Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Upper Arlington, OH to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model the brand’s hospitality. You will guide staff, ensure brand standards, and create memorable, customer-centered experiences that go beyond transactions.

You will help manage operations, coach teammates, and drive sales with knowledge of products and promotions while maintaining a welcoming store culture and strong teamwork.

Formación

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch to handle products and lift up to 50 pounds.

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, you demonstrate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.

• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
