KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 0451-Tanger Outlet Center Rehoboth Beach to supervise the team and uphold our hospitality-driven culture. You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across our Chico's Rehoboth Beach location.

In this role you will support opening/closing, handle cash and scheduling, and stay informed on promotions and store policies while building strong customer and peer relationships.

Formación

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
