Job summary

Janie and Jack is seeking a Sales Lead in Minnetonka, MN to deliver personalized styling and exceptional service. You will mentor a small team, keep the store well-presented, and drive sales through meaningful customer connections and authentic experiences.

You’ll lead by example, maintain high store standards, and participate in merchandising, pricing, and promotions while supporting a diverse, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with supervisory experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, inspiring company.
• Great communication and optimistic problem-solver.
• Flexibility to support non-selling activities to meet business needs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Actual starting pay for this role is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, relevant skills, education, and geographic location.
