Job summary

Chico's in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering a welcoming, customer-centered experience. This role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and omni-channel engagement to meet sales goals.

Open and close store operations, manage merchandise, and support teammate development in a collaborative environment. Flexible availability, strong communication, and lifting up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, you demonstrate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.

What you'll bring to the role
